For college, I found myself at Rochester Institute of Technology studying photography and graphic design, with a minor in ASL and Deaf Culture, and an specialty in theatre. I was actively involved in Deaf theater as a stage manager for seven shows throughout my four years, which taught me so much about collaboration in a completely new way. Alongside theatre I worked at an on campus printing lab, using large format inkjet printers, a lambda RA-4 color processor, and black and white film development. Over two years, I worked my way up to be a student manager, and now post-graduation, I am working full time as a manager. My time at RIT led me down many paths, including experience in photography, graphic design, and nonprofits.
